Going to throw my two pence in. Carrol although a silly amount of money showed a fair bit of promise. If I remember rightly a few months before we bought him he'd battered our defence single handedly.

Alot of our signings have flopped, but I could at least see the point of signing them, I had a sense of hope when they signed.

There are two instances where I thought we'd ****ed up completely. Hodgson signings any of them I think.

And mario ****ing balloteli a **** in shining armour. Absolutely pointless from start to finish. You know z **** up when people celebrate you leaving, much more than when you join.

Nope. Mario Balotelli still wins. It was wanting to buy a paper bag but the only one was available was wet and had holes in it but you buy it anyway.
