Thing is, the current lot have done pretty well so improvements need to be made carefully. There are weak areas which need attention, but wholesale changes might have the opposite effect to what we wish.
The squad definitely needs strengthening, but I wouldn't be messing with the first 11 too much.

I actually reckon he knows exactly what he's doing. He also seems to be learning as he goes along, which is a very positive attribute.

He probably isn't on as much at Bournemouth as he used to be.

£200m for that little lot in today's market (at least)

Bring through Woodburn, Wilson and Grujic if deemed good enough. I really would have liked to see Woodburn given more minutes.

Lose a bucket load of dross accumulated under (and prior to) the Rogers era.
