But we’re risking the season by persisting with Migs as well. He makes just as many mistakes.

My point is is that we’re in a lose lose so we may as well go with the option with potentially more reward.
This is where we differ - I don't think Mig does make as many mistakes pro rata.
I know it's not saying a lot, but I think he's currently the lesser of two evils.
I think it's mad to hang your season on someone who "might get better".

[HASHTAG]#meltdown[/HASHTAG]

I'm not comparing Chelsea and Liverpool, just discussing their finishing from what beliee/seen.

However i'm willing to back up what i say, i think chelsea will have a better season that liverpool and i offered astro a charity which he hasn't accepted.

I'm waiting to sort out the definition of better. I offered my interpretation.

I'd rather lose a CL final than win a LC final.

yeah course, make it as complex as possible so i can spin it!

It will be in this hierachy:

Winning the CL trumps everything
Then winning the league
Then CL qualification
Then FA Cup
Then League Cup
Then league position

So if Pool win the CL, you win.
If pool qualify for CL and so do Chelsea and Pool win FA cup you win
if pool qualify for CL and chelsea win both FA cup and League cup, pool did better so you win
if pool finish 4th and win the fa cup and chelsea finish 3rd you win
if both don't qualify and pool win FA cup then you win
if pool finish 3rd, chelsea finish 4th and no one wins anything you win
etc etc

Think that's as fair as it gets (even though we're in horrendous form, conte's too busy bickering with jose and our transfer news is a mess - barkley and carroll <doh>) i still think we'll have a better season.

20 pounds to chosen charity (if you want avatar, username, signature etc for a month can be added for fun)

The LC is worth nothing. I'd take progressing an extra round in the CL over it.

Ladbrokes have slashed the odds of Liverpool signing Antoine Griezmann in the January transfer window.

Manchester United had been the favourites to land the Atletico Madrid forward, but are now in pole position to sign Alexis Sanchez according to the BBC.

Man United are now listed at 20/1, along with Barcelona.

Arsene Wenger has become a cult figure at Arsenal. Too difficult to sack him.

It was funny on MOTD when they explained how he's going to cost them hundreds of millions of pounds in the transfer market.

All those years he's been robbing Arsenal by taking a slice of the transfer profit and now he's going to leave with a massive loss on the books.

Ian Rush claims that he “wouldn’t be surprised” if Mo Salah ending up costing more than Neymar.

While the Brazilian has been playing well in France, the Egyptian has been a star in Liverpool, netting eighteen Premier League goals and looking as unstoppable as a human being can be.

While Neymar went for €222 million this summer in his move to PSG, Rush believes that Salah can go for €225!

Salah's already tried playing for a soulless club and it didn't go well

fair do's.

Both giving 10 quid to charity is a good thing

If neither win a trophy, do you both have to give a tenner for the trophies part of the bet? (Plus the losing tenner for whichever team finishes lower in the league)

Bobby pays because Kenny said Chelsea won't win more trophies than LFC
