If any player benefits from the activities of agents like Ward and Joorabchian it's purely coincidental.
Agents are leeches taking large sums of money out of the game. Their clients are simply a means to facilitate this.

That Barca fansite some of us raided a fortnight ago: they're actually claiming that Liverpool have no dignity keeping Ford against his will, and that it's a sign of a small club not to accept the aspirations of a player. I obviously can't post there anymore, but didn't they initially refuse to accept PSG's cheque, reported them to FIFA, then their fans plastered posters all over the city of Neymar with the word TRAITOR on them? <eek>

Dignified, that is.... :cheesy:

If you examine this window in context

a) arsenal bought two very good players. Lacazette and kolasnic are two very good players

b) arsenal apparently according to reports made many assumption sand decisions which failed to come off. They assumed giroud was going so told perez to stay then flip flopped and kept grioud and ended up having to loan off perez who has flopped for the,.

c) the only player they lost of any real note was ox chamberlain...

d) they have allowed several contracts to run down.

In the Context of A and C they have done ok.. but that ignores B and D. It has been an absolute **** show for them in terms of unhappy players wanting to leave and unresolved issues in their team.

It is with respect to them an odd window but one where their team is not that bad at all... its just thier manager has gone so far over the hill he's hurting them hugely.

He's been included in the CL squad, and should he refuse to play he'd be in breach of contract, end of. Be really interesting how far Kia Jabberwocky wants to go with this. Wonder how much the rest of Ford's contract, plus damages, is worth? And he can't play football for anyone else whilst we hold his registration.
