With Ryan Kent going out on season loan, that's the end of Liverpool transfer deadline day dealings. Nothing else going to happen.
The only failure as I see it is the lack of Centre Back. 6 months to scout options and we get no-one. Is Klopp to intransigent.
Keita would of been a nice addition this season but centre mid wasn't a particular priority. I'm not one of those desperate for us to buy a holding midfielder.
Upfront, we'll have to pray that Studge 1st sub, can stay fit ( for as long as possible), Solanke now steps up to 2nd forward substitute, with Ings 3rd sub. Maybe a bit threadbare but 4 forwards is usual squad number.
Not a sexy window, but just about acceptable.
