    Yeah i can understand that. I'm annoyed for 2 reasons.

    1. It was a massive cock up the initial approach which has meant we haven't got the player we want

    2. We haven't looked at any other centre backs.

    But since the apology LFC never put in an offer for him as promised yet the hissy fit's and foot stomping has all been aimed at us like we did a Barca style multi offers for him.

    The echo reported there was no bid and sky finslly got round to it and then someone at your lot got lonely and ran out and shouted at the sky reporter

    It's literally been rage induced by the press. We tapped up, got caught, went away and never came back. Doesn't mean we don't want the player just means we didn't pursue ....just Like the club stated.

    Getting mad because the press kept reminding everyone we liked the player was a waste of effort.

    Much like hoping we were lying and would eventually go back <laugh>
