Fans speculating on what they think is fact .... when none of us really know anything

What is stated publicly could be very different to what is going on behind the scenes. If your board is resigned to selling, then it makes sense to do it in a way so that nobody comes out of it looking like mugs.I'm sorry, didn't your club publicly state that they had dropped all interest in the player and later say that they will only bid on invitation?
A summer of Robertson, Salah, Ox, VVD, Lemar .... potentially ...
...and Solanke, he's going to get some games for sure with us having the extra games.A summer of Robertson, Salah, Ox, VVD, Lemar .... potentially ...

I think we all need to calm down, few days ago FSG were hated and moores was the sith lord.
We were generally of the mindset that Couts had to stay, i still think he should as this team has been put togethe with him in mind, he has just started to show consistency and we have not yet seen him with our front three.
Will any of his replacements just drop in and instantly be able to provide what couts does.
I dont think so
Which means there will be another transitional period while we bed these players in.
Lets not beat around the bush here VvD is supposed to bring with him a miracle cure for our defence which propels us into title challengers and we dont even know if he has completed effective pre season?
Now our imaginations are running wild. I still not convinced that VvD is worth 81m- to 'name you price'
so I hope we keep Couts, not fussed about lemar or sanches, or ox
Drinkwater wants out at Leicester
If we've got £35m for Ox (not sure we have) then I'd put every single penny of that on top of the £50m we're supposedly prepared to pay for VVD if it would tip the balance. Ox can wait - we need VVD now and we don't want to make the same mistake as Barca of trimming our bid until it's too late. Yes, in normal circumstances VVD isn't worth half of £80m, but if he helps us challenge on all fronts then he damn well is, and Soton know it.
Still don't think Soton will budge though on a point of principle, and I still feel the same over Ford - neither they nor us NEED the money.
Solanke looks the real deal - based on the very few times I've actually seen him - Origi always seems one step behind but he has scored some good goals. Honestly I won't miss him or Can.esp if mr origi heads to pastures new.
Guys with a happy knack of scoring by actually getting the ball on target are more valued than guys who look good a few times a game but shoot wide a lot.
Get an AMC in and keep VVD and we've had a great window. If the Ox sell on clause pays for half a Hoedt we're all good thanks. No bitterness here at all.
This
The only fact is none of us as fans know **** all and will be the last to know if anything does happen.
Just can't wait for it to be over either way now tbh.
