Let's be honest. Ox will add nothing. Salah is decent but if we lose Coutinho then not sure how much forward we've truly moved.

Robertson we've seen nothing of yet, he's a young player to challenge Moreno (who is useless defensively).

We needed a CB all summer - it's the most important one we need.

Lemar's best position is on the wing, not central.

The only fact is none of us as fans know **** all and will be the last to know if anything does happen.

Just can't wait for it to be over either way now tbh.
Don't know about your lot but we're used to it.

Player commits future to club ... short while later, off he goes. Club say no interest in player x,y,or z *cough Balotelli .. cough* .. the list goes on <laugh> As Sky said talk is cheap ...

I'm just saying that no bid had been made or accepted up until this point, so anything else is just media speculation.

**** me rigid, do you mean this is some sort of internet forum with posters making wild, unsubstantiated claims? You'd think it was the Catalan press or BarSkylona.

Without naming names, Reds boss Jurgen Klopp made it clear towards the end of last season that he had identified his main summer transfer targets.

Players who would add drive, solidity and energy in midfield. Plus leadership, athleticism and dominance to an often unstable defence.

RB Leipzig's Naby Keita will join next summer, and a bid for Monaco midfielder Thomas Lemar is being prepared. But Southampton are adamant, for now at least, their reluctance to sell Virgil van Dijk is matched only by the assertion from Anfield that Philippe Coutinho will not be joining Barcelona.

Midfielder Mohamed Salah brings ability from wide positions, blistering pace and an eye for goal. Forward Dominic Solanke looks an excellent signing and Andy Robertson will bring balance at left-back.

Think we might have done this in the past, but I like it anyway.

If you earn 25 grand a year, you'd have had to have started in 337BC to earn Tevez's annual wage playing in China. <doh>

McGregor earned £77m this year. So if one earns £25k a year, it would take 3080 years to match this. Going with your calculations, one needed to have started 1063BC.

This sounds terrible. But the point is more how valid this kind of comparison is.
