Much as I envy you an iconic stadium on the waterfront (you know how much, fives years ago,I was its biggest advocate for us to share), I think you're theOOT to describe the Mersey as 'Royal Blue'. Though I did see a programme recently saying that further up the river the otters are back, and dolphins are now regularly spotted off the Wirral and Crosby. Ace.
