He'll cost us less over 2 years than Niasse's transfer fee........

We'll see how much Rooney wants it in the coming months, he's only 31, so if he can get in peak shape and trains harder than he has for years, who knows what he can produce.....

A 5 story mountain of happy meal boxes?

:) you know it's true then....

Just wait and see. It will be in papers how much Utd paid him off by.

Your club has made the same error us and spurs did. Common sense has gone out the window here and the money is getting flashed faster than lallana in a strip club
United chucked somewhere between £10/15m at him. We're paying him £150k a week for 2 years, that's it.

We've made some cracking young signings, and there's more to come. Stay bitter though <ok>

I'll take that as a no then mate :)
I know thats what you bitters refer to Anfield and the Kop as. My point was that you have all these crass names for anything Liverpool related because you can't face the jealousy. Therefore I turned it around on you **** hole of a ground.

Anfield was a ****hole until they built the new stand, so jealously? You OOT's don't get the banter btw.

We'll be in our shiney new 60k capacity stadium on the banks of the Royal Blue Mersey in 3 years mate <ok>

Oh so you admit everything but your singing on fee to him as a "free transfer"

That will come out too.

Come on Tobes he's not worth [HASHTAG]#backpeddaling[/HASHTAG] over now

Just go with the line that he'll be a ambassador to boost your club profile

Don't embarrass yourself pretending you think he can offer anything on the pitch

No I just don't like 'banter' in any form. Think its just an excuse for someone to be a massive prick and then pass it off as 'Banter'.

I prefer to have proper discussions, with an occasional joke involved, without childish name calling

Apparently if EFC build their stadium on the proposed site, Liverpool could loose its World Heritage title.

Yeah we've known this for a long time, only Anderson being a blue let the plans progress despite massive protest

Bookmarked :)

We'll see what he's got left and it'll come down to his desire, nothing more, nothing less.

In marketing terms he's worth the 2 year salary irrespective.

The UNESCO status isn't hinging on the stadium by itself. Personally I couldn't give a flying **** anyway, as the entire waterfront should never have been included, it should have been restricted to the south docks. UNESCO or not, the Japanese tourists won't stop rocking up <ok>

Any second he spends on the pitch puts your club development back, and far more than playing Barry has

He'll do less than nothing for you

Hahahahahaha, let the bitterness flow. 60k capacity btw <wah>

The 'massive' protest has been largely from plassie Kopites from Exeter btw <laugh>

Hmm. Much as I envy you an iconic stadium on the waterfront (you know how much, fives years ago,I was its biggest advocate for us to share), I think you're theOOT to describe the Mersey as 'Royal Blue'. Though I did see a programme recently saying that further up the river the otters are back, and dolphins are now regularly spotted off the Wirral and Crosby. Ace.

I saw a kingfisher walking the dog along the Ouse here today. Haven't seen one since I was kid on holiday in Llangollen.

Sorry, what was it we talking about? Eh, I feel like Mrs Brady, Old Lady (Rooney's meat).
