I'd say it's unlikely mate.
I mean never say never and money talks, but I'd hope we would just flat out refuse for at least this Summer now.
Also if it is as it seems and Klopp has done this without your board knowing, I reckon they won't be that keen to try again either.
Saying that as a Saints fan over the past few years I've learnt not to say anything with any certainty...

Meh just poor reporting. They always say begun talks etc. Doesn't mean anything really. In most cases always begin talks with agents before any kind of fee is agreed.

Don't be silly, it would be Edwards who gave him the nod to get involved. He isn't going to randomly ring the player, Edwards is the man doing the deals. Edward is at fault here, Klopp should be asking questions before making calls though but clearly trusted this guy.
