If Rodgers is willing to let Suso go away to AC for free then he's even more of a twat than I thought.

Can't see Shaqiri wanting to be anywhere near this club given our last 3 months! Club is playing awful football, results are terrible, players have no confidence in eachother or the manager and the fans are turning against the management. He'll want out of Bayern, but anywhere else than us really.

In fact, I don't see who would come to us in the summer. Even Torres would say no (although surely no one would want him back anyway).

Linked with GK from Genoa today, Perin, never heard of him though?

Also a loan move for guarin from inter. Colombian CM who would add a bit of steel to midfield.

Ballotelli also linked with a move to inter to link back up with Mancini or an £8m move to PSG

<yikes>

We really need to fire some people at the club.

Liverpool's Italian striker Mario Balotelli, 24, could be heading back to Serie A with Inter Milan boss Roberto Mancini eager to secure his return to the San Siro.

If there was ever a piece of transfer gossip I'd like to be true it's the above.

From various sources......

Liverpool are lining up a move for Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone as they prepare to sack Brendan Rodgers, according to reports.

Simeone, who is rated as one of the best young coaches in the world, is eyeing a move to the Premier League and has recently started taking English lessons.

Liverpool are known to be speaking to others bosses with the Northern Irishman likely to be sacked in the coming weeks, if the Reds’ results continue to be poor.

Got a link please matey?

Also: Wilfried Bony has now scored 20 Premier League goals in 2014, more than any other player.

Worth a punt in Jan? In hindsight we should have bought him and not Balo and Lambert.

We should have signed him and Lambert, otherwise we'd have no depth.

I said at the time we should get Bony.

That Italian keeper is highly rated. Personally, Kevin Trapp from Germany is the one we should be targeting.

Bony is a good player but I don't want him - we saw today that having a fast, dynamic player up front causes to many problems for the opposition, and it suits the creative players like Coutinho and Lallana. Lacazette now has 15 goals in 18 games - we have to be in for him.

I doubt we'll get much money so we need to spend it wisely. The attack may not be firing but I think we need at the following areas as priority:

GK
RCB
DM

Watched some youtube clips of Perin earlier and I know it's youtube but one thing that stood out for me, he flaps a lot. Never seems to hold anything and pushes stuff out. Sometimes went wide but a lot of time pushed straight out and got lucky a defender was there to clear.

Doesn't look like he'd be commanding in the air at all.

We can't buy another RCB unless we get rid.

Skrtel
Lovren
Toure
Ilori
Coates
Wisdom

What makes you think he would see us as a better option than Swansea at this point?? I mean, why would he come to us when we're on such a massive slide and where he'd just end up vilified and blamed and denounced??

Double wage

Yep, wages! And we are bigger club so will have the natural attraction.

But I really wouldn't want Bony - I think he is a good player but I want someone who suits our aggressive, fast attack. It's the wrong type of player - I would sign him as a Plan B type striker and he would be perfect but his fee would be too much for a back up.

Simply don't believe that
