wow. If I’m a nufc right now, I’d be completely pissed off at the clubs inept transfer strategy; they knew Isak wanted out and have failed at every step to plan for it
It really is one of those windows where the rest of europe is looking on scratching their head at this glut of money being thrown at striker in England.
Not one of these players was ever going anywhere but England and you could go like this.

Newcastle tickled Ekitike but ran away so lfc bought him. They then tried for sesko who rejected them and man utd stepped in.

Aside from isak that is.
1. they are still Newcastle. One foray into the CL won't change that over night
2. they can't offer silly wages and can't spend cause of PSR
3. their owners seem to be losing interest as they are finding out how hard it is to win the PL (now that rules have been brought in to stop Man Cityesque clubs) and are far more interested promoting their own domestic league.
As he said, that's disastrous for Newcastle. They should go for Watkins. I was a bit worried United would get him. Not too bothered at all that they've blown their wad on Sesko instead.

Sick and tired of these players using the Media to get transfers just so they don't lose out on loyalty bonuses. They're all Millionaires, if they want to move then they should be the ones doing the work and demand to move.

you could argue the clubs employ dirty tactics when they want to sell a player and avoid paying the fee. I’m pretty sure that Newcastle are trying to force Isak’s hand right now to submit a transfer request (I don’t blame them in this case)
Alexander Isak has already submitted a transfer request. That's is why he's not training with other players.
