They are both on the decline side of the curve. The only question is where do they drop off the cliff. Mane can do one.
It's probably just made up. Who'd be arsed to take a poll representative of the entire Senegalese nation on such a matter anyway?
I don't like to make judgements based on speculation or unsubstantiated rumour, but it does seem to me that money can be his only motivation. I can't understand why any top player wants to play in a mediocre league otherwise. If you want to be amongst the best, then surely you want to compete against the best to prove yourself to yourself? Otherwise it's just self-deception coming away with a load of medals from a walk-over league. Even winning the League Cup is harder than winning the Bundesliga with Bayern.
Maybe that's the non monetary part Salah is complaining about with his contract. He is demanding more hugs.
There have been lots of times over the years when you could understand players wanting to leave to get their hands on trophies. In the current set up with the current manager and quality of the team, it's less easy to see and/or accept the desire to leave. It's one of the downsides of having foreign players, they don't have the same attachment or affiliation to the club or country they are playing in.
Floyd Mayweather did an online poll in 2014 about who he should fight next. The winner was Amir Khan. Who did Floyd fight next, Marcos Maidana twice. Polls mean nothing.
Liverpool have reportedly held transfer talks over Bayern Munich winger Serge Gnabry amid Sadio Mane’s links with the German champions. Liverpool transfer news: Serge Gnabry talks held as Bayern fee tumbles amid Sadio Mane links (teamtalk.com)
swap deal on then perhaps. Gnabry will want big money though….so can’t see it happening unless he drops his demands.
Believe any of it when I see it. Why? Gnabry played predominantly right wing for bayern Now, if klopp thinks he can convert that to left win cutting in type player ok but hes already got one of those. Two with jota. Same for salah at rw now. If gnabry for rw is the "swap" then it's a bloody expensive reserve til salah goes. Finally the guy turned 27 this summer so that would be buying "prime" which is not what we do really.
Fairly good. Cos all we are hearing is players someone wants to be discussed or talked about out there.
Liverpool will not have to pay Southampton any of the fee they receive for Sadio Mane this summer, reports say. Mane looks set to depart Anfield but former club Saints did not have a sell-on percentage in a future transfer.
