if it’s just that, I don’t blame him…..but it’s also the reason why Salah will probably also leave eventually…..as he increasingly compares himself to the best players in the world, despite his recent form. Frankly, I’m more gutted at losing Mane.

I'm definitely more gutted about Mane.

In Senegal and much of Africa I would have considered the Premier league the biggest followed league and Liverpool are probably near the top in that regard. I doubt Bayern are as popular, so it's weird comments and votes all round.
It's probably just made up. Who'd be arsed to take a poll representative of the entire Senegalese nation on such a matter anyway?

I don't like to make judgements based on speculation or unsubstantiated rumour, but it does seem to me that money can be his only motivation. I can't understand why any top player wants to play in a mediocre league otherwise.
If you want to be amongst the best, then surely you want to compete against the best to prove yourself to yourself? Otherwise it's just self-deception coming away with a load of medals from a walk-over league.
Even winning the League Cup is harder than winning the Bundesliga with Bayern.

Do they think that he plays second fiddle to Salah? That Salah gets all of the headlines while Mane plays quietly in his shadow? I suspect that is the case, even I feel that sometimes!

Listening to the commentary before games and it's all Salah, Salah, Salah.

There have been lots of times over the years when you could understand players wanting to leave to get their hands on trophies. In the current set up with the current manager and quality of the team, it's less easy to see and/or accept the desire to leave. It's one of the downsides of having foreign players, they don't have the same attachment or affiliation to the club or country they are playing in.

Floyd Mayweather did an online poll in 2014 about who he should fight next. The winner was Amir Khan. Who did Floyd fight next, Marcos Maidana twice. Polls mean nothing.

Believe any of it when I see it.

Why?

Gnabry played predominantly right wing for bayern

Now, if klopp thinks he can convert that to left win cutting in type player ok but hes already got one of those. Two with jota.

Same for salah at rw now. If gnabry for rw is the "swap" then it's a bloody expensive reserve til salah goes.

Finally the guy turned 27 this summer so that would be buying "prime" which is not what we do really.
