LFC squad list time: JOY

1. Alisson: Foreign list.
2. Adrian - contracted to 2023. Foreign list
3. Matip: foreign list
4. Konate Foreign list
5. VVD: Foreign list
6. Robertson: Foreign list
7. Tsimikas Foreign list
8. fabinho Foreign list
9. Keita: Foreign List
10. thaigo: Foreign list
11. Diaz: Foreign list
12. Mane: Foreign list
13. Jota: Foreign list
14. Firmino Foreign list
15. Salah Foreign list
16. Origi: Foreign list out of contract in july
17. Minamino: Foreign list

1. Kelleher: HG list - club trained
2. Trent: HG list - club trained
3. Gomez - HG list - club trained

1. Henderson: HG list
2. Milner: HG list out of contract in july
3. Ox: HG List
4. Phillips: HG list: out of contract 2023.

Elliott: HG list (b as u21 for next year)
Jones: HG list (b as u21 for next year)
Carcalho: HG list (2 years with fulham to meet requirements. B list

this tells me that

a) We need to move players on before more foreign players come in. Origi being the obvious first one. Adrian is constantly in question as well.
b) we are short one club trained player but that is a slot that opens for jones who is on b list anyway.
c) we are short one HG player but Carvalho can take this slot on, again on B list.

People who expect a big window of movement need to see that someone had to leave for another foreign player to come in. Adrian and origi. If milner goes then the squad options reduce.

Ox, Origi, Mini can all go with zero tears from me.

None are terrible, just I think we have better options. I think it's a truly special time for LFC. I don't remember an era previously where there wasn't at least one player who was crap. Ox, Origi and Mini are on my cut list, not because they're crap, they're not, they're all semi-decent... They just not at the same level of the others.

We have no Voronin, no Balotelli, no Djimi, no Aspas, no Aquaman, no Harry Kewell or Karius.

Has there ever been a period of time before where we didn't have at least one player to scorn?

Reidle

Kozma

Carter

Kvarme

Piechnik

Stewart

Downing

Etc etc etc

But then some people said Craig Johnson was **** in the 80s and I'm sure some multiple champions were said to be weak by the old folks round here.

Reports have claimed today that Liverpool have opened talks with the representatives of Karim Adeyemi over a move to Anfield in the summer.
The German striker currently plays for RB Salzburg and has been tipped to join Borussia Dortmund, but the report suggests that the deal can be hijacked.

We get linked with a lot of Germans and German league players.

We don't seem to sign many Germans.

Actually no.

The list is

Karius
Matip
Klavan
Manninger
Keita
Thaigo
Kabak (loan)
Konate

The german part is yes hardly any.

The german league is more common. Matip, Thaigo and konate the best, keita would be good bar injurys.

So I thought this list was so fun i'd do a bit of charting just to cheer my day
