Just had a little read around, apparently James Pearce has said that although there appears to be confusion about his contract, as he understands it it runs till 2020.
I just read this too. He’s with us until 2020 - so no worries there then! Totally missed those reports.....I’ve thought all year that he’s off in the summer
He could still go in the summer for a nominal fee, if Leeds come up and depending on who we sign. With a fit Ox will he get near the first team. He is a lot slower than last season.
I forgot about VAR. Maybe they will change the rules and like in American football when you can bring on a kicker we can bring him on just for penalties, he could stay with us until he is in his sixties on that basis!
I hope that whoever we sign, they are also a dead ball specialist. We rarely score direct from free kicks. I thought at one stage that TAA was going to be part of the solution but he hasn’t improved in this aspect of his game.
Tbf from the few I've seen, they're usually too far out. We need to be smarter in drawing fouls in TAA's range

it's a well known fact mate. Leeds are his home town club and he wants to finish there. The fact is James Pearce said it was 2020 way back in September and his own paper said it was 2019 in November... after Pearce commented. After that other sources pick up on these and comment. he is out of contract so if thry go up.
Fabinho is a pen taker Salah fancies himself too. There's no shortage of people who will queue up yo do it. As I recall taa can take them.

Have any of them got history scoring from kicks regularly? Salah hasn’t with us has he? Really thought TAA would have had a few more by now. It’s probably the one part of our game that we need to improve on.
Fabinho got something like 14 / 14 at his previous club. Salah as a great record for Egypt. I reckon Trent could take a penalty too but nothing to suggest this to be the case.
