That season was ridiculous.
One of the best and most underrated goals of all time IMO.
The skill not only to bring the ball down perfectly, he had 1-2 defenders on him. Then he had an oncoming goalie, and the speed of thought to then take it around him.
Doesn’t get the credit it deserves.

I watched that game in the pub with a (now ex) girlfriend. She never bothered about football before she met me and has gone off it since we parted, but she claimed to be a lifelong fan at the time.In a rare example of bad timing, I had to go for a wazz during the game, and sure enough I heard the shout while I was in there.
I came out and she yelled Suarez scored. I asked was it a good goal and she said "it was alright".
Saw the replay and realised what I'd missed - brilliant goal.

If I were asked what area of the pitch our underage players do not look capable of supplying a player in wide forwards would be one. but the cost of this kid would be more than salah was.
We are well served with no 9 type forwards from youths so if we buy a player in it will be someone to play right across front line.
