Watford blamed Everton for their poor season because of unsettling their manager but now they'll be lighting Cuban cigars with £50 notes in the Vicarage Rd boardroom thanks to Everton.
yeah.... pretty good for where he is at. we've seen him pull of a few very tasty saves but he's just not got the presence or command. he needs to play.
Btw Everton going for watfords richarilson for 50mil... so 67 mil for a top rated keeper compared to that should show the market is what it is and the spoofers with raised eyebrows.just have agendas
That's obvious. As soon as city utd chelsea etc out spend our transfer fees it won't even get a murmer. Go strangely silent
yeah... though right now I've no idea who they are looking at. Utd want alderweireld and willian? they bought Fred for a massive fee city got mahrez for a massive fee and after that who knows what they will do next maguire is mentioned but makes no sense
He's not even worth half that. Had a good start to the season and then once the new car smell had worn off he dramatically dropped off. His goal scoring record is pretty poor for a forward (Winger/striker whatever). Great deal from Watford, £11.2m to £50m. For that they can get two players who are just as good
well it just shows where the game is. I wish we would go do the Anfield road end for the fans out of this period of mad money.
I would let them take them all for £10 mill and be grateful to be honest. We ain't shifting them any other way.
Sort of, think English club to English club is the real insanity (like this one). Its the reason English players don't get to the top levels, unless they're already at said clubs and thats a whole different problem, as they cost too much. Even Championship clubs are demanding £20m+ for their players these days, and yet Salah cost £34m.
we paid 75mil for vvd. I really think at this point the only value we have seem is when the contract has low remaining time that's a good shout. probably why Everton are buying him for the manager.
That good start they had, until Everton, but he still didn't score much. Stats say 38 games 5 goals. He's like a poor mans Firimino.
Silva left end of January, Richarlison stopped scoring early November,so that's nearly 3 months dry spell while he was still there So in answer to your question - yes and no.
