Reds could be without quartet
Liverpool are almost certain to begin their new Premier League season without three key first-team stars in Jordan Henderson, Dejan Lovren and Trent Alexander-Arnold.
The Reds trio, along with Simon Mignolet, were all involved in the semi-finals of the World Cup and will not return to their club until the first week of August.
And with Liverpool due to begin their Premier League campaign with a visit from West Ham on August 12, all four could be absent.

Liverpool are almost certain to begin the Premier League season without their World Cup semi-final quartet after Jurgen Klopp confirmed their return date of August 5.
England duo Jordan Henderson and Trent Alexander-Arnold, Croatia’s Dejan Lovren and Belgium goalkeeper Simon Mignolet were the Reds’ remaining participants in the tournament in Russia with their respective countries having reached the last four.
Henderson, Alexander-Arnold and Mignolet departed for home after Belgium defeated England 2-0 in the third-place play-off on Saturday, while Lovren featured for Croatia in their World Cup final defeat to France on Sunday.
All four will be given a break of almost three weeks – the same afforded to Liverpool’s five other World Cup players – and will then resume training just seven days before the Premier League opener at home to West Ham United on August 12.”
