Be interesting to see what hes like. Will keep an eye on him in the France side if he plays. Most excited about Keita still tbh, he is quality and our midfield will be based around him when hes not suspended.
Things seem to be happening our end quite quickly. The chairman said it wouldn’t happen until after the WC didn’t he?
Genuinely dont remember ever seeing fekir play, how good is he. Respect Jimmy ops so thinking he must be at least okay
Wow, really hope the Fekir stuff is true and he's having his medical tomorrow. I posted about wanting this lad last summer but we showed no interest. Could be another top little player after working with Klopp and our setup. One of the more creative players in Europe ready to take the next step up. And my god, what a midfield trio we'll have if they settle and click. Definitely our best since Gerrard, Alonso and Mascherano. In other news, what's the hype over Alison? His name seems to have been mentioned once a while back and a few months later, he's the player fans seem to all want and is one of the top 5 keepers in the world? RedmenTV do a lot of talking about him through fanbases and Q&A too. Honestly, how many people have actually watched Roma consistently to have a valid opinion of him? For 60odd plus million...seems insane
Yeah, thats what i read and it was only at 7pm tonight, strange thing to say if you about to do the deal. Tbf will be good if we do, say what you want about utd but very rare they feck about on transfers in or out. Ours usually end up in some long drawn out saga, nice if we are moving fast. Lets hope all our new recruits make it through the wc (and our existing)
I've only watched Fekir twice, during Lyon's two legged defeat to Ajax more than a year ago. He was brilliant going forward so seems a good fit to play alongside Keita and Fabinho. Of the 3 midfield signings we've made, i'd say he's the biggest gamble. Or maybe i just haven't watched him enough.
Liverpool to seal Nabir Fekir deal on Friday. Initial £48.4million plus a further £4.4million in bonuses. Paul Joyce
