What are the plans for a fully developed Anfield and what was the finished capacity? I recall all stands were due to be increased in capacity in a phased approach but can’t find those early reports now

there are no plans for kop or centenary/Kenny stand.

the only remaining plans are anfield road end and it's unclear what capacity might be
