There are a few that stand out for me with Klopp.

The first is going to be Mohamed Salah. He's brilliant on the pitch but his attitude, his humility, he seems to enjoy the extra few things that the club do in the community (e.g. the school surprise thing etc.). The little things like actually improving on his English since he's been here (already knew a bit tbf), not celebrating against his former club, the respect he has is awesome.

Next is Alex Oxlade Chamberlain He chose us over Chelsea. He rejected the chance to stay at Arsenal. Both options would have given him more money. He came to us motivated and whilst not straight into the first team, began showing us flashes of what he can do.

When the attitudes are like that, it builds a team spirit that translates easily to the fans and makes the experience even more exciting and memorable. We really ought to appreciate what Klopp has brought and what we're witnessing.

Edit - throw in the story of Andy Robertson too! Although that's unlikely to be a signing Klopp made a decision on his own.

You can add VVD as well . Had his chance to join City and Chelsea.

At the beginning of last summer, our priorities were Keita, VDV and Ox. We got (will get) them all.....eventually.

Will be very interesting to see who our priorities are this year. We've already been linked to several decent players....but in short, Klopps record with acquisitions cannot be questioned, so I guess we should just sit back with confidence and enjoy the summer!

Bit strange, why did he fell the need to reassure fans?

Look who knows what klopp's identified and what we can or can't lay our hands on.

TBH i can't see napoli wanting to lose both jorginho and diawara.

The fekir rumours are starting at an odd time which may suggest some formof approach but it could simply be timing due to world cup and agent agitating for a move.

There are also 150mil of midfielder spend right there so it will be interesting given ox is already in place.

I would think he is quite right. Nobody is going to pay the money you will ask after one great season following a few good ones, if he is still showing the same kind of form around December then you can expect the tapping up to start.
