Last year at my physical the doctor says to my casually, "ok turn around and drop the pants", saw the bewildered look on my face and then said "sorry, no, you're still in your 30's, nevermind."
I guess that means my doctor is going to want to finger my bum in a few years.
It's bad enough him poking my nuts each year... They always hurt for a few days after he has given them a squeeze.

I think technically it's a testicle cancer check but in reality I think he just likes cracking nuts.

We do have a bit of transfer history with you guys, maybe our board just wanted to make a statement. FWIW I don't think that any club could've offered enough for us to sell in this window. But if there weren't any bids you'll never know if he wouldn't have been sold, you are only basing your assumption on what the press have said yet the evidence based on money being more than acceptable for players and managers previously says saints are a selling club and would have bitten the hand off a club making a very good offer.

Overall though, Morata isn't a bad replacement for Costa. Bakayoko should be an improvement on Matic. Rudiger and Christensen back will hopefully mean Cahill isn't a regular anymore.
Zappacosta no idea. Only other thing would have been nice to keep chalobah as a CM but hopefully Conte but we have options at CM is Conte doesn't decide to be short sighted and uses his options (luiz, cesc in a 3, willian) if bakayoko or kante are not fit
Two things, our Chairman has publicly stated that we no longer have to sell to service a debt to our minority owner and we have new investment from our majority Chinese owner. I take that as being a statement that we are no longer a "selling club, although I do understand fans of other clubs thinking that we still are.

To his overall wealth yes. However in recent years we've seen Roman remove the magic money tree and tried to make us more self sustainable.
Only reason why we've been selling players rather than stockpiling them. See Ake, Matic, Chalobah etc etc
