Sigurdsson's assists were just free kicks hoofed into the box that someone turned into a goal, there was an entire article able it and why Everton shouldn't sign him, but you probably purged that from memory <ok>

Just watched short vid of all his goals and assists. Some cracking goals and assists but 8 of the assists were set pieces ... lucky hoofs? ... 4 of them corners. Will he be your set piece taker or will it still be Baines or Rooney?

Baines set pieces have been largely poor for a couple of years mate, Rooney has been taking them so far but he'll be usurped by Sigurdsson imo.

Rooney and Sigurdsson are great options for free kicks. Isn't there a stat that Sigs ran more than any other player last season? He's a solid addition imo. Too much? Of course so....every player is too much this year.

Yes mate that correct, his stats over the last 3 years are amongst the best in the division

Btw I've just checked their debt situation, the Neymar fee would virtually completely wipe it.........their debt level compared to turnover looks completely manageable and they wiped €24.5m off it last year.

I would get his replacement now and sell counts next year or year after preferably

I've given up trying to guess what will happen with Virgil. Been convinced that he's going all Summer but now not so sure.

Just can't wait for the window to shut so it's only footy to talk about.

I feel that the entire team has been set up to play round the guy in midfield with the two fast lads there to run for his passes.

If you look at last 3 games the midfield has been absolute trash... I agree with buying whoever now and benhicng them for a year or telling coutinho he has to now compete with whoever to get a game.
