I agree with that in principle, but if you look at targets under Klopp its not good news.

He want Dahoud last summer and we couldn't get him and rumoured was to wait till this summer. He ended up at Dortmund.
He wanted Keita this summer and we couldn't get him and rumoured we will wait till next summer. He could easily go somewhere else then.

If we just set out 1 target we will never sign anyone. Its clear Klopp wants a midfielder and we are 2 years without signing any.

Not sure if this was reported or mentioned on here but I'm watching The Debate on Sky the words that just came out of Bellamy's mouth were..."what I've found out with people inside Liverpool they ain't gonna sell him, it's not gonna happen, they've made their mind up on it. "

I think this is the most likely scenario, we will get another year out of him.

It can drag on and on till next summer Coutinho is not for sale. Barca are desperate to land him not caring what happens to Liverpool.
If Keita club can hold on to him we are not doing anything wrong holding on to Coutinho.For the fact that Coutinho has no release clause is advantage Liverpool.

If he's genuinely had insider information then he'd surely know what Klopps view was as well, or if it was pure speculation on his part he'd have surely qualified it as such?

He said it quite naturally and didn't go on about being in the know. I just noticed that the first part he said I know and the second part I think.

Did you read it or watch it? I watched it and thought he meant Klopp wants to sell but the owners don't.

Clearly Klopp wants people 100% dedicated. Check Sakho for example.
