Liverpool willing to sell Raheem Sterling to Premier League rivals Email Next Story please log in to view this image . please log in to view this image by Alex Martin Liverpool are ready to consider selling Raheem Sterling to another Premier League club if he refuses to sign a new contract – even Manchester United, reports The Mail on Sunday. Sterling has managed to ruffle a lot of feathers in the Anfield boardroom first by turning down £100,000-a-week contract and then confirming as much in an explosive interview with the BBC. While Liverpool still have over two-years to convince the 20-year-old to sign a new deal, Brendan Rodgers is starting to feel that this summer will be the best time to sell him if terms are not yet agreed. Manuel Pellegrini plays down Raheem Sterling rumour in 0 Bidding war That pending decision will spark a bidding war between some of the Premier League's biggest clubs. Bayern Munich and Real Madrid are reportedly interested, but they won't be willing to pay as much as the likes of Manchester United, Chelsea and Manchester City. Liverpool will be looking to sell to the highest bidders and are ready to consider letting their prized asset leave, even if it means selling him to Manchester United. They know that won't go down well with the fans, but Sterling has already alienated himself from a large portion of the Anfield faithful.
Liverpool FC are preparing a bid for Atletico Madrid striker Mario Mandzukic this summer, according to reports in Spain (via the Metro). Mandzukic only moved to Atletico at the end of last season and has been a hit on the pitch, scoring 20 goals. But he has apparently fallen out with boss Diego Simeone in recent weeks, and a transfer away is now on the cards, with Liverpool reportedly keen. Meanwhile, the Reds are also supposedly preparing a bid for Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan, so say transfer specialists the Metro. Roma co-own the Belgian international with Cagliari, but the pair are yet to agree on a fee that would release him outright to the former. A combative central midfielder, Nainggolan has been a key member of Rudi Garcia’s side this season, with Liverpool believed to be interested in bringing him to Anfield. The Daily Star believe these transfers will be funded with the £90m war chest - it's always a war chest, isn't it? - after the club announced an extension to the Standard Chartered kit sponsorship deal. The newspaper believe the three-year deal is worth £30m a year - with all the proceedings seemingly going to transfers.
this yer mate... a bit young for you.. is he dating your daughter? Biscan will be dissappointed. ................ SELL SELL SELL! henderson has a contract (rerportedly) Ibe has a contract, coutinho has a contract, sturrdige has a contract... ffs even lallana has a contract... we don't need a guy who missed 5 times more than he scores and can't get his head up except when a pipe is offered to him.
And we thought Chelsea had a lot of players out on loan... http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Juventus_F.C.#Out_on_loan PS...58!!!
yes... his motto was shoot early.. shoot often. sterling is different though he gets a couple... misses them. . sulks.. gets a goal maybe in one in 4 matches and thinks he is awesome.... he is woeful when given time to make a decision.
I couldn't give a **** if you score one in ten chances if you're still going to get over thirty goals a season so long as its not to the detriment of the team.
