Clubs will only be in the cart if the next TV deal goes massively backwards and they're sat with a massive debt on the balance sheet that suddenly looks unsustainable.I read the word unsustainable as a bubble personally. Its going to pop. The consequences of the bubble is exactly what you said. clubs left in leeds position as they have over paid and have huge wages they cannot pay.
I also agree the inactivity there has to be related to the stadium.
The next TV deal could well go backwards, but not to the extent that will see clubs dropped immediately in the **** imo. The balloon won't pop, but there could well be a slow deflation, which will give clubs 3 years to cut their cloth accordingly.
