<laugh> don't you remember after your "deal should be announced in a few weeks" post it then dragged out for most of a year?

So the Pogba deal, and every other deal in football history, has the fee quoted including the agent fee, but Lukaku's deal is the first to now be quoted without it?
You really shouldn't waffle on about things you haven't got a clue about.

Raiola negotiated a deal with Juventus when they signed Pogba for £1.5m that if they sold him for over £40m, he'd get 50% of the increment. United (the buying club - there's a clue there) also paid him £16m for his 'services' and Pogba paid him £2.2m, making his total fee for that deal £41m. Which has precisely **** all to with Everton and Lukaku, as he had no such arrangement with us, and only became his agent a year ago.

As for our land purchase it was done in principle last August - fact.

But in terms of financial reporting you can't have associated payments excluded otherwise you don't have to [HASHTAG]#fake[/HASHTAG] the accounts like Abramovich by giving £30m to China so they can "pay" £60m for Oscar and boost their FFP budget
you can show all expenses involved in a transaction but they should be detailed separately rather than 1 figure as the transfer fee is the fee paid to club who holds a players registration for transfer of said registration .

Christian Benteke has been discussed by Everton as an alternative option should they fail to prise Olivier Giroud from Arsenal.

It is understood no contact has yet been made with Palace for the 26-year-old who is happy in London and looking for a new home there.

However, the former Liverpool striker is admired by staff at Goodison Park.

Everton want to sign three more players this window following Wayne Rooney’s arrival with £50m-rated Gylfi Sigurdsson and Giroud top of their list. Giroud travelled with Arsenal to Sydney on Sunday as Everton ponder their next move.

Benteke is also on Chelsea’s list of options but Palace would be reluctant to lose their main striker who cost £27million last year.

£75m for Lukaku. £50m for Barkley. £50m for Siggy. I'm starting to think Van Dickface for £70m is a bargain!

That's the same type of tax we paid on Carroll after we got $50m for Torres. The whole market now knows Everton are flush with money after the Lukaku sale. Every agent out there will be trying to do a Pogba on them, but that's the way it goes. They have done really, really well to get that much for him. God, think what we'd get for Studge if he played more than three games a season...

You would be looking at least £35m I would think.
