If we sign Higuian, Subotic and Xhaka this window then that will be three core positions vastly strengthened. <ok>

Subotic is not the CB we need, he has regressed badly in the last few years and has not been first choice CB at Dortmund for a few years, much prefer Sokratis or even Manolas, two CB's we have been linked to in the past.

I like Subtonic still think he's the right kind of CB (tall, organiser, good in the air - basically just an upgrade on Merts) but if I were to choose I would go either Koulibali or Daniele Rugani.
 
One by one the Arsenal targets are either staying where they are or going to other clubs.
Higuan apparently now favours a move to Juve and Draxter is staying where he is and so on and so on.
Perhaps we might just about manage to get Adebayor back.

Still a few options left ....

Think Icardi would be good for us - reminds me of Alexis/Suarez type.... Small/hardworking/annoying to play against.

Lukaku - he wants to leave and no big club going for him.

Lacazette - pay the big bucks with a big risk (can flop).

Desperate time, desperate measures - tevez for a year or two. Can still probably do the job.
 
Yevez would be a good shout for a year or two! Would love to see this guy harass defenders from the front although think we should bid big for dybala personally
 
Let's just face the harsh reality, Giroud will be our first choice CF next season and he will remain in that position until Wenger leaves, it's astonishing that we have yet to replace RVP, a player that left us four years ago, Wenger in each transfer window since then, has failed again and again to find and sign that top quality CF.

None of us might have actually wanted Vardy, but my word are Arsenal one of the poorest clubs at getting deals done?
