How messed up is Liverpool's transfer strategy? They just seem to sign loads of players (mostly from Southampton) and then hope they all click. Good news for us is that we play them early on in the season when they are trying to get all their new players to fit into their system.

Looking at the betting odds, I think Rodgers is a good bet for first PL manager to get sacked, they have a tough start and he has to try and fit all these new players into his system and teach them his famous 'football philosophy'.I love the fact all their supporters claim every player that looks poor there can`t "step up" to a big club
It never crosses their minds that Brendan has no clue how to use them![]()
I read somewhere that it's FSG that make the decisions over player transfers. They seem to be wanting to run Liverpool as an American sports franchise. They also seem to be using the "money ball" concept in player tradingHow messed up is Liverpool's transfer strategy? As I've already said I don't think Rodgers is having any say in player transfersI love the fact all their supporters claim every player that looks poor there can`t "step up" to a big club

I think the Metro are getting that news from foreign mediaThe rumours of Vidal continue. So I wonder if this has any substance or the media continue to spead one big lie after another. The Metro now report that its almost "90% done". Where do they get this stuff from?!?!

Sky Sports now reporting the Vidal story. It would appear that the Spanish outlet reporting the transfer as 90% done is a radio station called CADENA COPE
Is anyone else reminded of the Higuain saga of 2013 ?
