It's been pointed out on the BBC that Welbeck is the only Mancunian left in the Manchester United squad. He leaves and there's not a single Manchester lad in there.

I think you'll struggle to find a Utd fan that cares about that

Earlier in the day I ran through some possibilities for the day, but I couldn't imagine that we wouldn't sign at least a defender.


Even a promising no-name defender, as I couldn't imagine seeing Miquel's name on our bench.

Really strange... unless they've managed to keep a signing a secret all day, Chambers will be our only cover.

I dont rate Remy and I think Balo is just a liability.
