Hmmm!! If that is true that we offered 1.5mn and they wanted 3mn I would be highly annoyed. I know it is not the best deal in terms of value for money but it is the penalty we would have to pay for leaving it so late. Realistically who is out there that we could get? Should have paid the whole 3! If true however, it means there is a chance of getting Lukaku on Loan then? If it is just a case of Chelsea rivals then fair enough.
