Tell me about it. Also it's about time Wenger had some serious firepower at his disposal. Ozil playing for us will put the fear of god in the opposition again. With Cazorla, Wilshere, Arteta and Flamini as fellow midfielders, it could be back to the good old Wenger days.

Ozil will be an incredible signing, if you count him as a Fabregas replacement it is like for like, arguably better. That's how good this transfer is.

Ozil is Fabregas with pace. He really is seriously quick. I'm not certain Wenger hasn't got plans for him as a striker.

Woops sorry forgot about Ramsey, he's been in great touch. To be fair, Rosicky hasn't done much bad either. Looks like our midfield is looking rather heathy!

If the Ozil transfer comes off it will be one of the most exciting Arsenal transfers I've witnessed.
In no particular order the others would be :-
Denis Bergkamp
Sol Campbell
Alan Ball
Malcolm MacDonald

Having watched him week in week out for the last few years, Ozil is worth the money we are potentially going to pay. The guy is pure quality and creates chances at will. Even if can't get our hands on a top quality CF, Ozil is good enough to create plenty of chances for Giroud. So even if Giroud misses one chance, with Ozil around, another chance is not far away.

Ba would make a good CF for us. BUt as SJW has mentioned, with Ozil creating so much, we may see an even more effective Walcott come into play. I still think we don't utilise his pace effectively and with Ozil providing through balls, he may well become even more destructive.

If Maureen allows it, then Ba would make a very good loan move. He would flourish in our system.
