There's no way Higuian was worth 35m. I'm glad we didn't get pulled into paying that for him, I'd rather we spent a bit more to get Suarez I know the Emirates cup was only a preseason comp, but judging by some of his touches and one shot/cross that ended up nearly going out for a corner, I don't think he would have hit the ground running at Arsenal. Just for comparison, Giroud has had a brilliant pre season .......
