I've seen this discussed so tediously before before but I'm willing to see it again. Cavani is better than Suarez without question, the only people I ever see disagree with it are Liverpool fans. Players without release clauses shouldn't have their value compared to those with them, neither player is worth £55 million.
 
Cavani and Falcao both went for inflated prices because of the clubs that bought them, even Madrid and Chelsea couldn't compete
 
One thing that's really going to annoy me if we sign Suarez is that at the end of the season when we inevitably finish around 15-25 points ahead of Liverpool the only reason in their eyes that it happened would have been because they gifted Champions League football to us by selling Suarez. Not because we are actually have a much superior team.
 
Some news on the Bernard deal, AM want to take him back on loan until the end of the Brazilian season which would correspond to the Jan transfer window. He would have a pre-contract with us.

PSG did that with Lucas Moura, I think. So would be a similar deal to that, I suppose.
 
Although, ideally we would want the player straight away, so he can start his adaptation to a new league and country as soon as possible.

Ouch. I'm Wenger out, but even for me, that's just going too far.

I have nothing against Wenger personally, just professionally.
