They need to just offer Saliba what he wants contract wise.

In terms of quality - who could we realistically buy to replace him?

He's elite and its no coincidence our defence started leaking goals and our title push fell apart once he got injured.

How does this squad do? Starting 11 is excellent. Personally would like to see us bring in another CF and a CB.

Don't quite understand Artetas' rumoured interest in Havertz.
Never seen him play a good game for Chelsea or Germany.

I would much rather we kept Balogun as he appears to have the potential to move to another level.

Pleased to see this. Nelson has been at the club for ages but never really had a long term run in the team. When he came in this season he was really effective and changed games. He obviously loves the club and Arteta has seen the potential. Let's hope we can get the best out of him because he's always looked like he could be a proper baller.

Nah, we wouldn't have spent £65m on him if we didn't know what we were going to do with him. Arteta is notoriously coy in press conferences/public interviews and doesn't like to give too much information away. He's doing the same thing here. People are overreacting IMO.

Really looking forward to seeing him play in an Arsenal shirt. Only seen snippets of him really, but he looks like a really stable, agile and intelligent defender who reads the game brilliantly and who has excellent close control.

Immediate step up on Rob Holding and should give us plenty of options in defence this coming season

Arteta confirming in his presser that Thomas Partey will be out for a significant amount of time and he ‘doesn’t know’ when he’ll be back.

I know he’s a great player when he’s fit, but this is ridiculous. He’s missed 47% of Arsenal games since joining the club. That’s utterly insane.

We need to flog him in the Summer/January. He’s too much of a liability and he’s not fit when we need him. I said we should have got rid of him in the Summer because we just can’t rely on him to be available.

Need to get a new midfielder in January - it’s a priority without question.
