We’ve agreed a deal to sign USA international goalkeeper Matt Turner from New England Revolution.

Don’t know much about him. Hopefully he will be miles better than Runarsson.

Looks like Leno will be on his way out then. We should be able to get a decent fee for him too

Runarsson didn't set the bar very high, surely Turner is better.

Honestly half the midfielders we are being linked too are VASTLY inferior to a certain Frenchman we have on loan at Marseille.

Guendouzi has made the Ligue 1 TOTW - 8 times this Season. (Saliba 11 times)

Mavropanos looks set to join Bayern Munich! - LOL another ****up here I hope we don't do the same with Saliba because this kid is already better than White or Gabriel and he's still only 19.

Fabrizio Romano saying we’re not letting Nketiah leave and he’ll be staying until Summer where he can leave as a free agent.

So let’s get this straight. Nketiah and Lacazette deals expire at the end of June. Aubameyang seemingly has no future at the club. So we could conceivably be 3 strikers short and needing to replace them all come Summer, and we won’t get fees for any of them.

This is absolutely insane. A huge opportunity missed to get top-4.

I didn’t think the club were naive enough to rely on Lacazette and Eddie for the remainder of the season, but it appears that will be the case.

Looks like Auba is all set to join Barca.

If he starts smashing in the goals again - its not going to reflect well on Arteta.

The issue now is signing a CF. Vhlahovic would have been perfect.. but really how else is there?
Isak has potenial.. Im not sure he's a £70 million player though.
Haaland is possibly the only ELITE striker available - and he's unlikely to move for less than £100m+ would be incredibly difficulty to sign.

The move to Barca has broken down, according to Ornstein. They weren't willing to subsidise his wages.
If he stays, we need to have him back into the team and ready for the rest of the season.

We scored 1 goal this entire month. He is on £350k a week. We cannot leave him to rot when we are struggling for goals and is our highest earner.
He's right though - we played better with Laca in a false 9.

The issue with that is Martinelli/Saka etc.. have to score goals or we're ****ed.

Doesn't matter if he's right. We are desperately struggling to score goals. And as bad as Aubameyang has been, he is the only reliable scorer of goals in our squad. I'd rather roll the dice and see if we can make things work than rely on Nketiah (who is garbage) and Lacazette, who has 2 goals from open play this season.

Looks like Auba isn't going anywhere

We need to try and repair this situation now, even if it means him leaving in the summer

Because we are ****ed otherwise.

Looks like it is going ahead now. He'll join on a free transfer.

We've also signed a player. 23-year old Auston Trusty from Colorado Rapids. No, this is not a joke.

No problems with Auba leaving permanently;

not bringing in a replacement when our other 2 strikers are leaving in 6 months? that part does not seem smart.

Yeah Auba was finished at Arsenal. Man doesn't look well and I think Covid and Malaria have taken their toll on him

Apparently he's gone on a free, but we save £22m on his wages

Not bringing in a replacement though and leaving us with Lacazette and Nketiah is a dereliction of duty.
