It looks like it is Suarez or bust for us. I hope Wenger has a trick up his sleeve. The way we have been 'preparing' a 2nd Suarez bid for like a week now just looks like we are purposely dragging it out so Madrid can come in and take him off us. But you know, "we tried".

13 years ago we bought Wiltord from Bordeaux for £13 Million. That figure was approximately 21.2 % of our annual Turnover - which in today's climate would be around £51 Million.
So perhaps a £40 Million bid for Suarez or Rooney is'nt as far fetched as some seem to think?

Barcelona have told Manchester United that Cesc Fabregas is not for sale.
United confirmed on Monday that they had submitted an improved bid - understood to be £30m plus add-ons for the midfielder - but reports in Spain claim that has been turned down.
"Fabregas is not for sale," a Barcelona source said on Monday. "The president (Sandro Rosell) has been very clear with Man United."
Old Trafford boss David Moyes earlier said he may be forced to admit defeat. More in the story.

The Sun called this Fabregas saga "The Tug of War". I think this is the tug of war there Moyes is pulling both ends of the rope with Barca watching him and laughing..
Moyes is already trying too hard. I start wondering if he is fully fit for this job..
