I read yesterday a Preston fan saying "Bristol City aren't a club going forward" pissed me off a bit but didn't bite. Need to go about our season quietly. Although reading other footy fans comments on twitter they think its now between us and Sheffield united.

A new goalkeeper. Hopefully Simon Moore. Another Centre back but to be honest I'm looking to see Osborne and Williams play, so I think someone like Nosworthy would be ideal. Knows everyone at the club and can slot in for either CB, same goes for Flint. It looks like we might be going 4-3-3 so either Reid has to step up and be consistent or another CM is needed. Top that off with another striker and I think we are good to go!

Hearing from sources close to Swindon Town that they have offered Alex Pritchard another season long loan. The young spurs midfield man impressed at Town last season but is looking to step up to a new level. League one clubs are interest also a host of championship sides.

To my knowledge, Brentford have been in touch also Watford. League one clubs involve Bristol City and Sheffield United.

Yes but while it wasn't a swap deal, I would expect that Oldham paid us a good part of what we paid them. Hardly likely that we would give Kelly away for nothing.

By the way, where did SC learn to wheel and deal like this? Of course, he worked wiv 'Arry at QPR before he came to us. Quick learner!
