looks like Christian Ribeiro will be joining Scunthorpe on a free. Have a feeling the club may regret letting him go. Still find it odd that they recalled him, offered him a 1 year extension to his contract to give him 12 months to prove himself and then released him.
Good luck to him hopefully he can get his fitness together up there

That would be a top deal for us if Albert wants to go. Don't see him being more than sub for Swansea with Dyer and Sinclair on the wings though so he might stay if wanted regular football. As long as it's a good deal for us I don't really mind him going.
 
swansea city have completed the signing of gylfi sigurdsson and will announce the signing when the transfer window opens on 1 june,
they will also sign chris gunter from forest as he is waiting to see what happens with martinez if he goes to liverpool, which will then end speculation brednan rodgers is going there,
they will sign dorrans and dawson from west brom for a combned fee of 7m,
also sinclair will be sold and matty phillips from blackpool and adomah from bristol city, (2.25m plus dobbie for phillips, 2.5m plus moore/lita for adomah)

I certainly do not want Lita back at City. We want to go forward not another step backward. Has done little since he left us to confirm himself as a top Championship player. If he's that good now, why does Rodgers pick Danny Graham ahead of him? Rather we went for someone on the up, not on the way down.
 
I don't know about Lita, sometimes players go and come back just as good, yes he was a **** when he was last with us, but he could score. Could do with a out an out goal scorer.
If we always said never have anyone back we would have not had two legends back Cary and Murray ??

Plus we all said no to Jason Roberts and look what he done with Reading.

If it wasn't for his attitude before, we would be wanting him back, maybe get him on low enough wages, short term prove yourself contract. Could turn out to be a good thing, we have to trust Del on these decisions.

Or it could just be a rumour and not be happening anyway, seeing as we are linked with everyone!!

Good god please no. I wouldnt want him on a free let alone pay that amount of money. Age is not on his side and he was previously banned for taking an non authorised drug. Leeds are welcome to him.
 
Bristol City have already had a bid - described as "derisory" by the Sky Blues - knocked down with Ipswich Town also known to be admirers of City's Player of the Season.

According to Wales Online, Cardiff have not yet made an official bid for the former Carlisle United defender but continue to monitor Keogh's situation.

Bristol City have made another bid for Richard Keogh worth £850 000. Coventry have had the bid since Monday morning and have yet to respond. This presumably means they are considering the bid.
 
Maybe it was Cardiff who made the £850k bid for Keogh??
We must not get into a bidding war on this one - Cov will play us off against Cardiff - 850k is already too much IMO
 
Does the Daily Star have any track record for getting these rumours right?
Eddie Howe used to manage Brett Pitman & is maybe about to get £7M for selling Rodriguez.
Is it just no-brainer, join the dots sort of journalism or is there anything in it I wonder?
I don't think Del is convinced by Pitman and a reasonable bid might tempt him I suspect.
Brett must also be fed up with warming the bench - even after Maynard had left.
 
Yep I think Adomah and pitman will be gone.

I just hope del has players lined up,if not we are in big trouble.

It alright getting rid of deadwood but when your best players leave and you don't replace with better you are heading one way only.
