If he is cleared, I would play him from the start. No doubt about that from me. As these strikers apparently thrive on confidence, what better boost is that. I would get confidence at work if i was offered a biscuit with my 11 o clock coffee. But then i am not worth 8 million.

Magpies to make raid on Swans
The Telegraph’s Luke Edwards reports that Newcastle Uinted are trying to set up a late deal for Swansea City striker Bafetimbi Gomis.

With the Magpies not confident about nabbing Loic Remy from Chelsea, they may look to try and solve their desperate striker situation by raiding the Swans. The estimated fee is around £7 million.

"Magpies to make raid on Swans ".....A raid usually involves secrecy , Newcastle could walk down the streets in the heart of Swansea City and receive cheers from the Swansea faithful for their efforts to employ Gomis .Hope this deal doesn't stumble over how long he signs for .Gomis has been useless and the elephant in the room since the last window closed , let's give him his wish before this window closes and get rid of him , terrible and greedy professional imo

Spurs have polled out of a deal to sign Fulham's Moussa Dembele. Now he would be worth a punt, looks different class and will be out of contract at the end of rhe season.
