He wasn't fit anyway so it would have been a desperate bit of business. We need players who can make an impact from now until the end of May..
So Huw is off to Switzerland today for the court case. Apart from damaging the reputation of the club over such a relatively small amount of money, don't you think all his efforts should be focused on bringing in new players. This must be one hell of a distraction. A total embarrassment all round I feel.
Ya , things are about to Vorm up in court , I'll never really understand the concept of Jenkins on this one except to say Huw took something personal about something , at the expense of the club's reputation .
Lets not forget FIFA and I would imagine Uefa have cleared us and this is their last go at getting something. Even if we are cleared, this is certainly not our finest our. Could we be hit with a transfer ban, best we get a striker in before the end of the hearing.
Even if the courts side with us , we have lost imo . And I don't put a lot of weight in FIFA
The outcome of the hearing isn't read till next month so we have no probs this window

Eder being linked to a loan back to Sporting Braga with wages being a stumbling block, the " Tabanou-Eder " fiasco Is a black eye to the club , renown for it's money making transfers .....hope we keep our eye on the ball from here .

Apparently Jenkins took Guido's advice not to sign De Guzman over fitness .....this is a good sign that there is a connection between Chairman and Manager . If we manage to stay up , I expect Guido to be around for guite awhile ...just a hunch.

This bit makes no sense, must have meant "not a huge fan".... "Francesco Guidolin is said to be a huge fan of Gomis, making an exit more likely"
If Gomis does have the perceived attitude problem then he won't be happy being usurped by Paloschi anyway. I'm really hoping he goes to Newcastle... who is making these decisions there?
