And if Acun gets us promoted, cult Rosenior will still carry on with their personal grudge. Touché!
We’re cult Selles now keep up.

As I’ve said repeatedly, I’m pissed off that we are under a fee restriction.Genuinely. How can you not care if another team receives a late payment from us if that’s the reason we have been Fee Restricted or have a risk of embargo’s?
Like saying you don’t care if HMRC don’t get paid because the government has its own issues despite the problems not paying them would cause
Don't believe I've suggested any of it is OK.So you’re saying it’s ok to make the poor local suppliers wait as long as heavy fines aren’t involved?
Blimey.
I do care as it's resulted in us being punished. What a weird attitude. All well and good but you’re neither the late payments officer for the EFL, or a supporter of one of the clubs who were late in getting the payment.
Personally I couldn’t give a **** that Villa or Man City got a late payment from us. They are both facing their own challenges in terms of complying with FFP - a different set of regulations.
As I’ve said repeatedly, I’m pissed off that we are under a fee restriction.
But the only reason we were in with a chance of signing Barry permanently was that they needed to raise quick cash to lessen the chance of them falling foul of Premier League rules.
Let’s see what happens with the EFL appeal.
But at the risk of repeating myself, whether the sanction is upheld or the sanction is completely overturned, you will carry on with the same grudge.

If we’ve flouted rules and taken risks then we’ve been caught out .Genuinely. How can you not care if another team receives a late payment from us if that’s the reason we have been Fee Restricted or have a risk of embargo’s?

Thank you for proving my point. If Acun turns this around (which isn’t impossible) and our long term vision improves (academy, developing players, financial stability and ultimately improved league position) I will happily change my tune.
As it is, we’ve made multiple mistakes during his ownership. A number of poor decisions on hiring and firing managers, poor transfer record, clear bad financial decisions leading to 2 embargoes (and rumours of poor record with suppliers and the wage issue in April/May).
So no, even if the EFL overturn this fee restriction it won’t be enough for me to have confidence in his decision making. It’s his fault we are in this situation to begin with so him returning us to the status quo should not really be seen as a success.
For me to have faith in him again I need to see a longer term vision with good decisions to cement the stability of the club.
That is possible but he needs to regain my faith before I can trust he’s able to do that.

As for our payment process the perfect world doesn’t exist , morally it’s wrong to abuse credit but the commercial world is riddled with greedy people , some could pay sooner but choose not to . Others have to balance ins and outs very carefully to survive - I know this first hand but the. Company is still going and employs about 60 people , if it wasn’t for ‘immoral ‘ at times late payments it would have gone . When you are deli g with a small number of orders of £1m plus then the frequency of those orders m a keys it feast or famine .
Your argument…. why has a temporary cashflow issue been allowed to happen.
Temporary cashflow issues happen all the time in business. It happens across all businesses. He is working through it. If the EFL reduce the sanctions, then that means they are satisfied. If that happens, will you be satisfied or just carry on because you have regulations and standards that are higher than the EFL?
Good point, hull city have hundreds of employees and yet some people seem to think Acun is doing everything himself apart from playing. Surely some other people have some responsibility.
Thank you for proving my point.
Please name a previous owner of ours who can tick the box on each of your gold standard minimum criteria.
What transfer policy will that be? Will that be listen to the ITK taxi driver who drives out of Paragon Station and hears all the tips. Or the poster on here who is never, ever wrong and should be in the football recruitment business because he knows a good player, but never got the chance....Take your pick. Both have merit.I think most would....I haven’t been impressed with the transfer policy style since...
My company having thousands of suppliers all over the world having a few issues with some of them is not comparable to a championship club not paying for its locally supplied coaches, cleaners, catering etc.
It’s a world of difference and it IS embarrassing.
I don’t remember the Allams not paying bills on time.
I mean the transfer policy to start a season without enough players. What transfer policy will that be? if we were put into administration, cult acun would still defend him so it is what it is
