Just another thing that doesn't add up.
Why would he agree to that if we were on the verge of running out of money.
It all makes no sense whatsoever.
Let's not hang draw & quarter the owner just yet.
Hoping for a simple explanation ..... asap like!!!

Genuinely wondering - how many times do we have to wait for a simple explanation to turn up to question whether he’s decent at running the club?

There’s been a lot of smoke over the last 3 years that he’s not as good at this as we hope. We’ve spent a lot of money and gone slightly backwards on the pitch….

We did see signs of possible cashflow problems this week - when the players came back to training at Cottingham wearing last year's training kit.

The article mentions that Hull are under increasing scrutiny over alleged non-payments to other clubs and local suppliers, with possible further sanctions including the prospect of severe restrictions over the next three transfer windows. Maybe Cranswick haven't been paid for the apple crumble and butter chicken.

Explains why we're not getting any of the mooted deals done. Shocking if true after Acun's speech to the fans forum the other night. Jakirovic must be wondering what he's walked into

Ehab to the rescue? :emoticon-0112-wonde

Putting my tinfoil hat on but does anyone else reckon that urgent phone call during the Q&A was them being notified of the embargo due to a late payment?

I would imagine that’s more to do with the date of the kit launch isn’t it?

Our kits always seem to launch well into pre season

I could’ve swore one of M88, ST or Howden mentioned cash flow problems related to suppliers months ago.

Thinking the same myself. Or someone refusing Acun another line of credit

I think it’s definitely possible but I do think it’s difficult to judge on this one issue, considering how frequently we launch our kits late.
