Agree. I would like us to try and get someone like Bill Gates or Jeff Bezos that can actually afford to run a football club and just buy proper proven quality players and managers instead of gambling on foreign ****e and rookies.
Yes. I’d love a nice Arab consortium to come in and do that nice sports washing with us. In fact, we should demand it.

The administrative errors included not understanding & taking seriously enough the rules, thinking we could get away with an agreement and situation with Villa that they themselves were ok with until very late June when we tried to buy Barry (and thankfully didn't). Yes, the club were trying to delay paying (cash flow management). Our owner wasn't and isn't skint, proven by how money magically appeared within days of having to pay it and how the club kept and keeps spending on all sorts of stuff. The EFL have their rules and I can see why they had to apply them, as should have the club. If you have a narrative against the owner, you can try to rewrite it all as you want, but the facts are the facts, as I have listed them and which I continue to wait for anyone to disprove.

That’s not what an administrative error is. That’s just ignorance of the rules.

And again, the KC led independent panel specifically used the word 'deliberate'.

And 'they couldn't pay, so they didn't pay'.

Even in the face of overwhelming evidence, people still believe Acun’s lies like ‘it was a technical/admin error’.

Semantics.
-> And 'they couldn't pay, so they didn't pay'.
Cash management. The club did pay, and continues to spend.

I'm still waiting ...(but will be off to bed in a mo so let's see if you can think of anything by then)

If by ‘semantics’ you mean ‘completely different things’ then I agree.

The club didn’t pay at the time which is, erm, pretty much the whole point.

State ownership. That's where it's at.

Private consortia are old hat nowadays. Do keep up.
Cool. Do you think Palestine would be interested in us? It would certainly raise our profile in the media, and it would be good business for the local flag shops.

I’ve never believed this was a technical error.
I’ve always assumed Acun does deals the same way as he does in his other businesses. It’s probably more surprising that given he’s been involved in the sales of what fifty plus players at least since buying the club that he’s only being pulled up on two of those deals.

If by employing such tactics, it means we get players coming in that we wouldn’t have otherwise got then I say more power to him.
That is of course if he could do it and get away with it. The fact that he’s gone too far and did not believe the EFL would take such an action means I am not supportive of his actions and he needs to put contingencies in place so that we don’t get punished again.

I’m not even that concerned about the fee restriction for one season as we made sufficient investments last season and the free transfers this window means we look competitive.

What I do think is ****ish of the EFL though is the extra punishment of a business plan that we have to adhere to, so effectively we can’t even agree free transfers without going to the EFL cap in hand.

Was hoping we could attract more of a Rwanda myself...

But you obviously didn't see the irony. Probably shouldn't be a surprise.

The business plan isn't a punishment, it's to ensure we don't incur further punishment. That is the f*cking contingency you f*cking numpty.

Not only that, it's all pretty arbitrary because we're at the ffp threshold anyway.

Oh, you don’t? Then my post wasn’t directed at you then.

Acun’s used to being able to bend the rules and wording of deals to his advantage with little or no consequences.

He’s realised that it won’t wash here and our fingers have been burned.

The test is whether or not it happens again or he learns to operate within the rules properly.

Or the third option, he realises the Arthur Daly school of football ownership aint gonna work here and offloads.

WS probably true. Let's hope he does learn.

Meanwhile, zilch, zero, nil, nada from Brady, Kalman, MKO and even Lambo.
You know why? Simple. Because everything I've said has been and is being proved true and, in spite of me listing those things that I've said are facts and asking more than once for their best efforts to state why any of it is not true, there's nothing from them (other than a few immature or meaningless comments).
