No point to appeal to FIFA, there's nobody there to answer emails they're all suspended.
Shall await the orange jumpsuit video.

Is it absolutely definite that M'Vila has signed a pre contract with us?
No, Nick Barnes was told by Moyes himself there wasn't one signed.
Thanks Bri.No, Nick Barnes was told by Moyes himself there wasn't one signed.
I have a feeling that in the next couple of weeks, M'Vila will sign a contract with somebody else...
This needs spreading about. Stop all the waffling fron many.
Thanks Bri.
That's not good news.
He really wants to come to us and we all want him.
I just hope we haven't lost him.
Just gone to check the crack today. Barnes is reporting an agreement has been made today. Yesterday there wasn't one in place apparently. This agreement as well, it's not as basic as it sounds, aparently only prevents other club offering a prearrangement. Personal terms would still need to be agreed in Nov (when a propper binding one can be put in place)in if he turns them down anyone can offer him a contract. All a pre agreement does here is give us first offer. That's my understanding of it anyway. Nothing to cling our hopes on.
I'm sad it's not very legally binding at the moment. He could end up anywhere now![]()
That`s better than nowt mate. Only just mind.
Is November the end of the Russian season? If so they were wanting that hefty fee for even less time than we thought.
No, it's because you can't sign a proper pre-agreement with him until he enters last 3 months. This pre agreement would consist of legally binding contractual terms(his playing contract) So he signed for them in late jan so late October we can offer him his contract, which he can sign which means he'll officially join when the window opens. This present agreement only means we get to offer him the said contract first.

That`s a bit clearer.
First option, first chance, get in and get him on board. Not great but not as bad as I thought.
