It would have to be a loan. It seems NDong is definitely happening for about 15 million, so I reckon there's 10 - 15 miliion max to spend after that on 3 or 4 players.

Bit concerned that all of France seem to think that the money we are paying for NDong is unbelievable.

It started last season bringing in Shaqiri and the likes. Shame about the manager, though... He couldn't take Man City to the next level with money and good players, I have a feeling he'll be the same with Stoke.
