Transfer deadline day thread

Have we not signed anyone yet?? I'm really excited at the prospect of signing no one.. I'm pretty sure moyes is sat at home in his hot tub doing precisely **** all..

I'm thinking hes doing the same thing!

I see you made the right choice sticking to the golf course on Sunday as well, I hope it went better than our game.

Manchester United look to have failed in their bid to sign Ander Herrera's from Athletic Bilbao.

Spanish newspaper AS reported earlier that a convoy of Manchester United delegates were at the LFP (the administration offices for La Liga) in Spain tonight, working through the details of the £30.5million deal. AS said around an hour ago that personal terms have already been agreed in principle, with the Spaniard set to earn around £3.3million-a-year.

However, Sky Sports Spanish football expert Guillem Balague has just tweeted that AS are now reporting that United went to the Liga offices to pay for the buy out clause but left without paying it for bureaucratic reasons.
as i made a new thread and none of the mods /seniors didnt here anything about it i will place here.

Fellaini handed in a transfer request.

Sounds like there are issues over the Herrera deal.

Would be happy if we sign those two. Should be going for Baines too though.

United have secured 'transfer deadline day Fergie time' if they need it.

I do love how the 2 players are pushing for moves though.

Exactly. I'd much rather have players who really want to plays for us than "more talented" players who just go to the highest bidder.
