People are comparing their (lack of) value for money with the regular first-teamers.
They are NOT ****e but not worth the wages we are paying them - as AshtonRed said.
It makes people angry and frustrated because it’s stopped us trading in the market.
Don't understand the "value for money" point in team selection. It doesn't matter what they are on - they are bloody on it end of.
The whole question is whether they are as good/better than those playing regularly, and not being selected because they are not "value for money" reasons.
Because someone less expensive, they are often seen as better value. From what I've seen over the years is that sounds very much like a Pearson argument.
