I've read he hasn't had a medical yet, so they can't announce it until that's done.
Also, without mentioning any names, there's a few other well known twitsin terms of ITK's, but they aren't as reliable as Suter.

I'm pretty sure that we've announced a few deals in the past that were subject to medicals.

Maybe typical paranoid Spurs fan but Corinthian's saying he's moving to "an english club" not "tottenham" and him only confirming he's leaving not moving to Tottenham is giving me heart failure.

I have been a Spurs fan too long..... I read these 'articles' and only see the absence of any mention of the words Spurs or Tottenham in any quote...... 
Sure it must be a done deal but want to see it ALL in writing or hear it said.
On another line, all the sources I have been following seem to suggest that we are not planning to offload any strikers - especially Ade. So if we do get DV in and get the other two to perform at anything like their best then I think we are starting to look well set.
